Incident/Illness Reporting
The purpose of this safety alert is to reinforce that CleanBlast employees will report all on-the-job injuries/illnesses, regardless of the severity, immediately to the appropriate CleanBlast supervisor. CleanBlast supervisor will then report to the appropriate customer personnel. If you become aware of a job-related injury after leaving work, notify your CleanBlast supervisor or appropriate member of the HSE team.
