Hiring Process
- Applicant provides a valid TWIC card and two unexpired Government forms of identification. Copies are made for Human Resources and I-9 compliance.
- If all required document s are provided by the applicant, the applicant is allowed to complete CleanBlast LLC application at the office. Not allowed to leave office with application.
- Once the application is completed, it will be forwarded to Operations for an interview.
- Once the applicant has successfully completed the interview process and is hired, then and only then will the new employee proceed with drug screen and Fit for Duty physical.
- Each new employee information will be entered into the US E-Verify system to confirm work authorization eligibility.
- Upon successful completion of a drug screen and physical, the new employee will be scheduled for required Safety Training to meet the CleanBlast minimum training requirements to match designated job description.
